"My wife and I decided to get out of the large city for a few days after Christmas and New Year’s so we looked on the web for a nice condo in Panama City Beach, FL. We were intrigued by many we looked at but one seem to stand out the more I looked at the pictures. After talking to the owners, Dixie & Brian, I knew their condo was what I wanted. The room 907 was very cozy and it was everything we dreamed of, if only for a few days. Their 9th floor beachside view was heavenly and we could see crystal beach and surroundings for miles. The website pictures of the condo were true and the décor' was breathing-taking. The grounds and surroundings below were maintained magnificently with sure pride. When you get tired of the ocean, just stroll over to the large heated pool with your favorite book or just relax on your 9th floor patio overlooking the world most beautiful beach. Panama City Beach has so much to do for the entire family or just relax in the quiet condo. We ate at The Back Porch, at the entrance of Pier Park. The food, service and atmosphere was wonderful. Also, make sure you eat at McGuire's Irish Pub and start off with their famous bowl of white bean soup for only 19 cents. I top that off with my favorite, the huge prime rib sandwich. The entire family will love McGuire's. Enjoy yourselves at this wonderful condo on Panama City Beach, FL. "

"Oh my goodness the stay there was absolutely wonderful! for it t
be the winter time it was really beautiful there, especially at sunset. We had a wonderful time there :). The rooms were extremely clean and well-prepared. We were in awe when we walked in everything was very nice. The view from the living room was beautiful, especially during sunset. I came for a peaceful relaxing time and i got what i bargained for!"

"We're in! The place is beautiful! From the nice furniture and decor, to the fine touches of the room fresheners, the condo is wonderful. It is much nicer than most of the places where we've stayed for spring break. We got in yesterday and crashed after the long drive. Today we've already enjoyed both pools and the beach. Everyone here is very friendly, too. We're looking forward to a great week. Paul "

"Dear Brian and Dixie,
Thank you so much for allowing us to stay at your lovely beach condo for our anniversary. We found the condo was everything we could want for a fun, relaxing week at the beach. It is large, pretty, very comfortable and the location is fabulous. I enjoyed the special decorating touches and needless to say, there was nothing "hands-off" about your condo. There were plenty of towels and linens and the kitchen had everything we needed. Thanks to the condo having its own washer and dryer we were able to take clean clothes back home (that was the BEST). While staying at the condo we traveled minimally for great seafood. I highly recommend Dusty’s Oyster Bar, my husband and I ate here 4 out of 6 nights. For breakfast or brunch we definitely recommend Another Broken Egg Café. While we both ate excellent food; one of us did some real shopping at Pier Park and the Silver Sands Outlet 🙂 From this trip we both have decided one week is not long enough to do and see everything in and around Panama City Beach. All the better; we now have an excuse to return and your condo will be our first choice! Thank you Brian and Dixie for being great to work with."
